Howard Frumkin, Dean of the University of Washington School of Public Health, is an authority on the public health aspects of urban sprawl and the built environment; air pollution; metal and PCB toxicity; climate change and environmental and occupational health policy, especially regarding minority workers and communities. He recently held leadership roles at the U.S. Center for Disease Control in Atlanta in the areas of Environmental Health and Climate Change and Health.
